I’m about to download some files, and Rapidshare is as always VERY annoying. I hate to wait between each download, and i hate to wait like 2 hours between each download because the files is so big. Does anyone know of such a program, and where can i download it?

I know it’s not safe to dl from bittorrent or limewire so I switched over to using Rapidshare and similar sites. Can I get caught this way? Is my ISP going to send me a letter? Will they even care? I usually don’t go over 30 GB a month.

At a lot of places, you find links to rar files on RapidShare. But the problem is that they are sometimes split into multiple files. I need suggestions of what program I should use to combine them.

I live on campus in a residence hall, and they’ve got really strict rules on file sharing and they can take away your internet or computer if you violate them, but i’m not sure whether or not rapidshare/megaupload are legal.
